Quiksilver Pro G-Land 1997(1997)

"Speedies this year was almost too good to be true. We thought we'd seen it all but until this year we'd seen nothing. You can never underestimate the Mecca." Paul Sargeant, Tracks. "The waves were outrageously perfect and were graced with some of the mnost mind-blowing tube threading I have ever witnessed at close quarters." Tim Baker, Surfer. 'What we saw over the last 10 days is as good as it gets, I don't care what anyone says. It takes good waves to be able to perform and show people how rad this sport is." Luke Egan, Victory Speech, Quiksilver Pro 1997.
