The house is alive with wedding preparations. On a hot summer day, food is being laid out, music fills the air, and Gulnaz, a strong-willed mother of three, is determined to give her daughter Ainara a beautiful Kazakh wedding. Then someone notices that Meirim, her youngest son, is missing. At first, there is hope for a simple explanation. But hours pass, calls lead nowhere, and the celebration slowly gives way to fear.
