Out Of Sync(2026)

As everyday life becomes increasingly digital, older adults are expected to adapt to a world that was not necessarily designed with them in mind. ‘Out of Sync’ follows Maria and Grace as they navigate a digital world in their own ways, from figuring out unfamiliar apps and devices to making payments. Determined to maintain their independence, they encounter moments of frustration and uncertainty that reveal the hidden effort required just to keep up. Through their experiences, the documentary asks: as technology continues to shape our future, are we building a world that includes the generation that helped shape our present?
