This lyrical documentary records the passing of time in a tiny town nestled in the badlands of South Dakota, a place where sweeping natural events and daily activities converge in moments of profound beauty. Whether wind turbines dwarfed by the surrounding plains or an outcropping of tract houses, poignant images capture the community's enduring spirit, while old-timers such as resident psychic Donna and cowboy soldier Ed share their memories.
