Christian Davis

Christian Davis is a budding producer, director, cinematographer, and editor, from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. He's been in the film and television industry for over ten years, working his way up through both sides of production and post-production.

Christian currently runs his own production company, Davis Film, Inc. and in 2021 produced two short horror films, consecutively, as part of NIFCO's Picture Start program: Grind Mind's Mummering Legends (2021), and Mike Hickey's That Halloween (2021). Since starting DavisFilm in 2020, he's taken on more key roles in independent television and film productions. He's affiliated with marketing firms in St. John's, and has also done work on various national campaigns. Christian's inspiration includes everything from Star Wars and Blade Runner, to The Collective's mountain bike films, and even other media, such as video games like Breath of the Wild and The Old Republic, and the master piece manga series, Akira. His love of progression never stops, and he's even started experimenting in design with Unreal Engine for the next level of production.
