After graduating from the group in 2018, she continued performing as a solo artist. In 2023, she made a bold move by debuting in the AV industry with the prominent label S1 NO.1 STYLE, starring in her debut film Shinjin NO.1 STYLE: Miyu Aizawa AV Debut. Her career shift attracted considerable attention from niche media outlets, and her debut quickly climbed the rankings in both sales and views on platforms like FANZA.
